We want you to love your GEORGE hoodie. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns.
Shipping
New Zealand Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $9.95 NZD
- Free Standard Shipping across Tauranga and Auckland
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 NZD
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Shipping: We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping coming soon!
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How to Return:
- Email us at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return label
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges: Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange your hoodie. Just let us know in your return email and we'll send you the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for exchanges or if we made an error. For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
