Our Commitment
At GEORGE, we want you to love your hoodie. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return label
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label and ship it back to us
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your hoodie for a different size or colour:
- Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
- We'll send you the replacement item as soon as we receive your return
- Exchanges are free - we'll cover the shipping cost for your replacement
Return Shipping Costs
Free returns for:
- Exchanges (different size or colour)
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item sent
Customer pays return shipping for:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong size/colour
- No longer want the item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologise! Contact us right away and we'll:
- Send you the correct item at no charge
- Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
- Process this as a priority
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com
