Our Commitment

At GEORGE, we want you to love your hoodie. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return label
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Attach the return label and ship it back to us

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your hoodie for a different size or colour:

  • Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
  • We'll send you the replacement item as soon as we receive your return
  • Exchanges are free - we'll cover the shipping cost for your replacement

Return Shipping Costs

Free returns for:

  • Exchanges (different size or colour)
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item sent

Customer pays return shipping for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered wrong size/colour
  • No longer want the item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or without original tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologise! Contact us right away and we'll:

  • Send you the correct item at no charge
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
  • Process this as a priority

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contactgeorgehoodies@gmail.com
